Will this hurt my credit?
Yes.
You must go 30 days late in order to qualify for any "hardship" program with the banks. But just remember fixing credit is easy to do compared to getting out of Credit Card Debt! That's why you need us!
Do I still make monthly payments to my credit cards?
No.
If this is the program you have chosen to rid yourself of credit card debt than the banks will no longer expect monthly payments from you!
Will I be able to access the escrow account the attorney set up for me?
Yes.
The account will be in your name and the attorney assigned to you so the banks know you are making payments into a dedicated account!
Can I still use the credit cards that are in the program?
No.
Once you have entered that debt or card into the program you must cease using it!
Do I need to pay anything in addition to my monthly program payment?
No.
The monthly payment we give you will include all fees and commissions as well as maintenance for your account. And it will be much lower than what you are currently paying and for a much shorter term!
Do I need to pay for the Notary when I sign the contract?
No.
This is something we will gladly pay for!
